Under 18 is our program for teenagers in collaboration with Tvibit, Grab, Ung Kulturrabatt and Den Kulturelle skolesekken Tromsø. With this we are aiming to presente international artist to young audience. The program is free of charge and it’s open for everyone, but it’s focused on people who hasen’t filled 18 years old. Because of the capacity, we can not secure entrance to those above 18 years.
